Pratic’s sustainable design, protagonist at Architect@Work

A new appointment for Pratic at the Architect@Work building and planning forum that will unite companies and professionals from the sector on 9 and 10 November around the best innovations in the field of design and architecture, on display at the Allianz Mi.Co in Milan.

The focus of this eighth edition will be on the four elements found in nature and their potential for use in sustainable design processes. An opportunity for Pratic to present its know-how through outdoor solutions that have made dialogue with the natural environment its main element of innovation for over sixty years.

T-Loop and T-Zone will be among the company’s new collections in Milan. These two advanced drop awning concepts combine a minimalist design with home automation technology with voice control and weather sensors to automatically modulate the degree of opening of the blind according to the presence of sun, rain, snow and wind. A solution that, combined with technical fabrics designed to absorb the heat of UV rays, allows Pratic blinds to take advantage of natural lighting and air conditioning, resulting in greater comfort and energy savings. The structure mainly distinguishes the two models: the T-Zone model has an elegant visible box, while the T-Loop model is completely concealed and integrated into the architecture of the window, leaving only the fabric and its inferior profile visible when the blind is open.

The Glass Series windows are dedicated to the world of pergolas, in three different finishes, satin, smoked and mirrored, for three different screening solutions and levels of privacy. Designed to extend the functionality and pleasantness of open-air environments in any season, they protect against rain, wind, noise and UV rays, always ensuring a perfect panoramic view and contact with the outside environment. A true complement to the pergola, more than an accessory, to be selected in sliding, fixed or hinged door versions.
