In San Daniele, in between Friuli’s morainic hillocks, a recently renovated villa expresses the open air’s spaces at their full potential. Two distinct settings, located on the dwelling’s different levels, perfectioning its function and dialoguing in harmony thanks to the two modern and essential Praitc solutions, capable to fuse themselves with the dwelling’s contemporary style in a measured and coherent manner.

At the ground floor, the setting facing the garden hosts the rational Vision, the bioclimatic pergola which unites proportion, technology and lightness. Already in the ideation phase, the project of restructuring planned the addition of a pergola to cover the entrance: the retailer Tendaggi di Marco&Angeli has identified in the bioclimatic pergola made by Pratic the ideal element to complete the façade and to guarantee a climatic comfort both in the outside and in the inside. The adjustable blades from zero to 140° offer to modulate the light’s supply, ventilation and temperature, protecting also the dwelling’s glass walls. The configuration chosen, made off two modules placed side by side to for a total length of 7,5 meters, it’s distinguished for its Écru painting, in perfect harmony with the dwelling’s finishes, and the presence of the Ray’s profile on the width, that introduces a discrete visual pause, studied to define the property’s limits in an original way. The double post, always on the same side, evokes the Ray’s profiles vertical rhythm, reinforcing the overall balance. Perimetral LED lighting and automations with a remote controller complete the structure, making it functional at every moment of the day.

At the upper floor, in the covered terrace, the owners wished instead a solar protection capable of blinding the laterals openings without altering the architecture’s lightness and, most important, without compromise the visual on the hillocks. It is here that the vertical awnings T-Line Pratic finds its place, in a composition of two structures about 3,5×2,5 meters, adjust to cover the entire front facing. The compact box painted in Dark Chocolate tone, evokes the façade’s shades, while the side rails in steel define the awnings perimetral with geometric precision. The microperforated fabric Veozip Natural offers lastly the right balance between shading and transparency, allowing the light to filtrate and maintain the visual contact with the outside. Taking in consideration the peculiar hilly sandaniele’s context, often crossed by alpine’s drafts which get intersected with those coming from the coast, Magnetick Lock System represents the fundamental accessory: the Pratic technology provided with magnetic hooks adsorbs, indeed, the wind loads, keeping the tissue in tension and secure also in presence of strong breezes.

Vision and T-Line are two complementary interpretations with a unique planning lexicon, capable of integrating the architecture of the outside settings in the dwelling’s overall draw, adding value to the context and the living quality.
