Coverage, lighting, vertical blinds – each element of the tailored bioclimatic pergolas can be easily adjusted with a touch through the automation and remote control systems.
In addition to the remote-control option, home automation systems connected to your smartphone or manageable via voice command are also available thanks to Alexa, Apple’s Home and Google Home assistants.
Not only that, the Pratic models can also be integrated with weather sensors that respond to the presence of light, heat, rain, wind and snow. This ensures effective use of the tailor-made bioclimatic pergola whilst optimising energy consumption.

Aluminium is the distinctive material of the Pratic pergolas, being lightweight, weather-resistant and fully recyclable. With the entry into force of Decree-Law no. 69 of 29ᵗʰ May 2024, converted into Law no. 105 of 24ᵗʰ July 2024, the installation of bioclimatic pergolas with retractable blades and covers with a waterproof fabric officially falls within the construction activities not requiring planning permission.

However, it is important to know that the latter is subject to compliance with precise technical criteria. Otherwise, the operation could require a Building Permit or a Certified Notice of Works Commencement, subject to local regulations and municipal regulatory plans.
