Since 2015, the renowned Sicilian winery hosts in fact ten large suites and a refined restaurant where you can taste the specialties of the area, accompanied by the famous wines of the vineyard.
It is about the result of a conservative restoration carried out with attention to detail, which combines the rural stone structure with elements of an essential and contemporary design, in order to achieve an allure that is always elegant and comfortable. A style that can also be found in the project dedicated to outdoor spaces, where the modern blends with the ancient, in full respect of the natural setting that surrounds the estate.
Covering the terrace, obtained from one of the eight basins of the original millstone, Vision pergola by Pratic combines indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to its bioclimatic technology and a clean and simple appearance, able to dialogue perfectly with the particular context of the Wine Relais. The self-supporting structure of about 25 square meters is custom-made in order to limit its architectural impact and allow you to enjoy the view even from the inner room, which is characterized by a large glass door that overlooks the nature reserve and the vineyards.
In the morning, this refined view houses a welcoming and bright breakfast area: with a cover equipped with aluminum blades that can be swivelled up to 140 degrees, Vision allows you to adjust natural shading and ventilation with a simple gesture on the remote control. On the other hand, in case of rain, automatic sensors activate the automatic closing of the blades, making the rainwater flow under the floor, through a system of perimeter eaves, hidden inside the uprights.
But it is especially in the evening that the rooms of the pergola become more suggestive. The spotlights integrated in the Vision blades accompany the soft and warm lighting of the building facade, helping to create a relaxed and soft atmosphere, ideal for an exclusive dinner immersed in the Sicilian vineyards.
